1. Agreement
By using the Enterprise Grow website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Enterprise Grow provides AI-powered websites, automation systems, CRM configuration, and related digital services for businesses. The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each client are agreed during the consultation process and documented in a separate service agreement.
3. Free AI Audit
The free AI audit is a no-obligation consultation. There is no commitment to purchase services after the audit. We will not charge you for the audit or share your information with third parties.
4. 30-Day Pilot
Where offered, our 30-day pilot allows you to trial our services. If you are not satisfied with measurable results within the pilot period, you may cancel without further obligation. Specific pilot terms are documented in the service agreement.
5. Payment
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are agreed during the consultation process and documented in a separate service agreement. We accept payment via bank transfer and GoCardless direct debit.
6. Cancellation
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with all assets, files, and access credentials related to your account. Websites built for you remain your property.
7. Intellectual Property
Websites and custom systems built for you are your property upon full payment. Our underlying templates, tools, and AI systems remain our intellectual property. You receive a perpetual licence to use the deliverables we create for you.
8. Liability
Our services are provided as-is. While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as call volumes, booking rates, or revenue increases. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
9. Website Content
Statistics, benchmarks, and industry data cited on this website are sourced from publicly available industry research and are provided for illustrative purposes. Individual results will vary based on your business, market, and effort.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
